10% of current retail of licensed modules, less the per-user discount.

Discount per user:

  5-10 users...................................................     35% discount
  11-25 users..................................................    60% discount
  26-50 users..................................................    70% discount
  51 or more...................................................    75% discount

Software initially installed the prior year will be billed a pro-rated
update fee based on the percentage of the year that the software

Updates from versions older than the prior year will be subject to a
